The artistic collaboration on the film "I will take your shadow", between Ayala, the director, and sound artist and musician Moses (Julian Hoffmann) was based on an ongoing dialogue of loss and hope. Taking the piano piece by J.S Bach - Adagio, BWV 974 (music that resonated the countless hours Ayala spent as a child, listening to her father playing) as a starting point, Moses dived into a research which combined the existing piece with his unique, intuitive and experimental style. The result of several months of research and work on the musical motives of this and other pieces, is a vocabulary of a dream-like, beautifully woven soundtrack.
